Framebaker currently supports the AOpen DE3129 digital signage player. Contact us before purchasing hardware so we can confirm the right configuration for your deployment.
Yes. In most cases, you can use an existing television or commercial display with an available HDMI input. The Framebaker player connects to the display and handles content playback.
No. A specialist signage display is not required, although commercial displays may be a better fit for long operating hours, portrait mounting, or demanding environments.
The player needs power, an HDMI connection to the display, and a reliable internet connection to receive content, schedules, status updates, and software updates.

Frambaker OS is a Linux-based operating system, so Linux players are supported, and Windows players are on the product roadmap and are not currently listed as generally available player options.
